RESULTS
When we are satisfied that we have selected a candidate that you would hire, we then send that candidate's RESUME, TECHNICAL QUESTIONNAIRE, and CANDIDATE EVALUATION to the hiring manager. We will then coordinate the interview with the candidate and provide the candidate your website information prior to the interview.
We do not make the hiring decision. We provide qualified candidates. Our job is to ensure our hiring managers do not waste their time interviewing candidates they would not hire.
