Our services begin with the Position Description
- Preparation of a detailed position description that includes Essential Functions; Accountability; as well as a detailed Responsibilities Section. A rough draft of the description is presented to the hiring manager for his/her approval. This information is provided to each potential candidate. The reason we pay so much attention to the position description is that as a hiring manager, the last thing you want to hear is that's not my job!
Technical Questionnaire
- After the position description is completed, we prepare a Technical Questionnaire. These are questions that the hiring manager would ask. We ask these questions for the manager and present the results.
Interview
- Next, we conduct a thorough one-and-a-half hour in-depth interview of each candidate that is recommended for further consideration.
Candidate Evaluation Report
- After the candidate interview is completed, we prepare a Candidate Evaluation Report. The CER is our interview notes and a weighted average of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses. This tool allows the hiring manager a snap shot of the candidates match to the position, before taking up your time in an interview.
References
- Last but not least, we check the selected Candidate's References and verify education as well as professional credentials. The results of the reference checks are prepared in a detailed report and sent to the hiring manger.
If requested, we can perform drug test, criminal background checks and credit history. Cost for these services is a separate charge.
